Working with the Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) and its inspiring founder, Lauren, has been a truly enriching experience. From the very beginning of our collaboration on The Listening Lab project, it was clear that this organization is driven by purpose, innovation, and a deep commitment to emotional well-being and community. Lauren’s leadership style is both visionary and grounded. She created a space where creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking were not only welcomed but encouraged. Her ability to communicate the mission and values of The Listening Lab with clarity and passion made it easy to feel connected to the work we were doing. She values collaboration and truly listens—a rare quality that perfectly reflects the mission of the platform we were building. Through FIA, I had the opportunity to contribute to a project that empowers women through peer-to-peer connection, vulnerability, and shared healing. The experience deepened my appreciation for community-based wellness solutions and gave me a firsthand look at what it means to design a product with authenticity and heart.
