Details

Enabled Talent is seeking to enhance its job platform to better serve employers and job seekers with disabilities. The current platform requires improvements in accessibility, intuitiveness, and engagement to ensure a seamless user experience for all. Students will conduct a thorough evaluation of the existing platform, identifying areas that can benefit from redesign. The goal is to create a more inclusive and user-friendly interface that caters to the diverse needs of its users. By applying classroom knowledge in UX/UI design, students will focus on enhancing usability and accessibility, ensuring that the platform is both functional and appealing. This project provides an opportunity to address real-world challenges in digital accessibility and user experience design.

Deliverables

Students will deliver a comprehensive set of design improvements for the Enabled Talent platform. This includes conducting user research to understand the needs of users with disabilities, creating journey maps to visualize user interactions, and developing wireframes that outline the new design structure.
