The system will pull lead data (e.g., from Facebook or other sources) directly into Google Sheets. Once in the sheet, the prototype will demonstrate how ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) can be connected to send automated text-based responses and notifications. This will allow the clinic to quickly engage with new leads and receive alerts, enabling staff to follow up efficiently.

This scoped project gives learners an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with data integration, AI chat tools, and workflow automation without requiring the build-out of a complete telephony system.
