Learners will apply their knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning models, and AI development frameworks to design and implement innovative solutions. Throughout the experience, students will explore how generative AI and conversational systems can be leveraged across industries—ranging from enhancing customer interactions through intelligent chatbots, to streamlining operations with process automation, to producing new forms of creative content. In addition to technical development, students will be encouraged to consider the ethical, social, and business implications of deploying AI-driven systems, including issues of data privacy, bias, and responsible use. The objective of this experience is to bridge theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, guiding learners to produce functional prototypes that demonstrate both technical feasibility and real-world value. By the end, students will gain deeper expertise in applying cutting-edge AI tools and approaches, while developing solutions that showcase their ability to innovate within this rapidly evolving field.
