The TMT Youth Community Foundation is undergoing a strategic transformation to relaunch as a Community Development Corporation (CDC). This project aims to develop a comprehensive transition plan that aligns with the foundation's new objectives and community-focused mission. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition by identifying key areas of change, such as governance structure, community engagement strategies, and funding models. Learners will apply their knowledge of organizational development and community planning to create actionable strategies that support the foundation's new role as a CDC. The project will involve researching best practices in community development, analyzing the foundation's current operations, and proposing a roadmap for the transition. This project provides an opportunity for learners to engage with real-world challenges in nonprofit management and community development.

TMT OTT Partnership Program Launch Support
The TMT Youth Community Foundation is preparing to officially launch its OTT Partnership Program, aimed at fostering a global storytelling movement. The project seeks to enhance the program's marketing, digital communications, user onboarding, and operational strategies. Students will have the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in digital media, social entrepreneurship, marketing, and operations to real-world scenarios. The goal is to create a cohesive and effective launch plan that resonates with diverse audiences and supports the program's objectives. This project will provide students with valuable cross-cultural experience and insights into the digital media landscape, while contributing to a meaningful initiative that empowers young storytellers worldwide.

Silver Tsunami Business Mixer & Live Stream Marketing Campaign
Project Overview The Silver Tsunami Market is an initiative focused on preparing communities, families, and businesses for the largest transfer of wealth in history. Through education, live-stream marketing, and community engagement events, the Silver Tsunami creates awareness and drives participation in collaborative wealth-building strategies. This capstone project invites NAIT students to act as learner-consultants, applying agile project management skills to design, execute, and optimize a social media marketing and live-stream campaign . Students will support the Silver Tsunami Live Stream Marketing Team in expanding reach, growing membership, and engaging target audiences.

Creative Strategy & Digital Growth for the TMT Artist Collective
Project Overview The TMT Artist Collective is a platform that empowers emerging and professional artists by providing mentorship, digital distribution, marketing support, and opportunities for collaboration. This capstone invites students to act as learner-consultants, applying their skills in digital marketing, project management, and creative strategy to help grow the Collective’s reach and support its artists. Students will work with real-world creative entrepreneurs, build campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to strengthen the Collective’s impact. Project Goal To design and implement a digital growth and engagement strategy that expands the TMT Artist Collective’s visibility, strengthens artist branding, and enhances audience connection through innovative marketing and storytelling.
